Parameters

destWindow Window: the new destination window, obtained by gdk_drag_find_window()
protocol GdkDragProtocol: the DND protocol in use, obtained by gdk_drag_find_window()
xRoot int: the x position of the pointer in root coordinates
yRoot int: the y position of the pointer in root coordinates
suggestedAction GdkDragAction: the suggested action
possibleActions GdkDragAction: the possible actions
time uint: the timestamp for this operation
