should be handled by GBaseInitFunc() and GBaseFinalizeFunc().
Also, specification of a GClassFinalizeFunc() in the #GTypeInfo
structure of a static type is invalid, because classes of static types
will never be finalized (they are artificially kept alive when their
reference count drops to zero).
