Parameters

destWindow Window: the new destination window, obtained by gdk_drag_find_window().
protocol GdkDragProtocol: the DND protocol in use, obtained by gdk_drag_find_window().
xRoot int: the x position of the pointer in root coordinates.
yRoot int: the y position of the pointer in root coordinates.
suggestedAction GdkDragAction: the suggested action.
possibleActions GdkDragAction: the possible actions.
time uint: the timestamp for this operation.
