Flags specifying the behaviour of an attribute.

Values

Value	Meaning
NONE`0`	no flags set.
COPY_WITH_FILE`1`	copy the attribute values when the file is copied.
COPY_WHEN_MOVED`2`	copy the attribute values when the file is moved.
