FileChooserWidget.addOnLocationPopupOnPaste

Emitted when the user asks for it.

This is used to make the file chooser show a "Location" prompt when the user pastes into a GtkFileChooserWidget.

The default binding for this signal is <kbd>Control</kbd>-<kbd>V</kbd>.
