ReferenceTimestampMeta struct ReferenceTimestampMeta: #GstReferenceTimestampMeta can be used to attach alternative timestamps and possibly durations to a #GstBuffer. These are generally not according to the pipeline clock and could be e.g. the NTP timestamp when the media was captured.
